John Brewer is a Delray Beach local with a unique suburban/metropolitan skill set to help you market and sell your home or commercial asset. After graduating from Atlantic High School in Delray Beach in the 1980's, he spent his 20's in Los Angeles, his 30's in Manhattan and his 40's in Las Vegas operating major bars and restaurants while pursuing a career in the arts. In 2016 he went full time into Real Estate, always a passion of his. He has done deals in both commercial and residential markets. John has a genuine love for architecture, interior design, and landscaping. John will use his marketing skills, local knowledge, work ethic, relationships, and spirit of hospitality to make the real estate experience a rewarding one. John Brewer resides in the Lake Ida area of Delray Beach with his wife Diane, son Kailan and their 2 dogs- Morty and Lulu.

Community Involvement

Since John returned to Delray Beach in 2010 he has been involved in the community both volunteering for various events and causes and also by serving on local city boards.

• The Miracle League of Palm Beach- A place that gives those children with challenges a place to play baseball and feel special. John has been a coach over 5 years.
• Sight Plan and Review Board- John has served two terms on this Board entrusted with reviewing and approving commercial building construction, renovation and enhancement.
• The Elks of Delray Beach- John is a proud serving Elk. He serves by coaching the Marlins' Miracle League Baseball team. He and Iain Paterson headed up a food and resources drive for the Bahamas when they were devastated by hurricane Dorian.

Experience

John Brewer has been active in Real Estate since 2015. Prior to that he was operating restaurants and nightclubs. He was part of the opening management team at HMF at The Breakers in Palm Beach in 2011. Wanting to be closer to home he took the GM position at Ceviche at historic Old Falcon House(now Death or Glory). He then stayed on to open Max's Social House before going to Real Estate full time when recruited by local entrepreneurial icon Carl DeSantis at Park View Properties.

Niche Marketing

John Brewer created and oversees The Socially Distanced Supper Club. This is a FB Group created in the midst of the COVID pandemic to help keep mom & pop independent restaurants in business by amplifying and helping create their brand messaging in an extremely challenging environment. Whether using social, photo, video, podcast etc he is always trying to find unique angles to make his content stand out from the other noise. John is always looking for ways to leverage this to benefit his real estate clients.
